妇科肿瘤术后患者管道的安全管理研究(1)
摘要：目的 观察妇科肿瘤术后患者管道的安全管理及效果。方法 选择2016年1月～12月四川省人民医院收治的95例妇科肿瘤患者给予常规管道护理设为对照组，2017年1月～12月收治的102例妇科肿瘤患者给予管道的安全管理设为研究组。对照组给予手术后管道常规护理，研究组采用预防护理干预，比较两组患者非计划性拔管发生率、患者管道知识知晓得分、患者对护理工作满意率。结果 实施术后患者管道安全管理后，研究组非计划性拔管发生率、患者管道知识知晓得分、患者对护理工作满意度得分分别为7.84%、(90.12±1.47)分、(95.15±1.46)分，优于对照组的11.58%、(85.12±1.61)分、(90.14±1.27)分，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对妇科肿瘤术后患者管道的安全管理后，提高了护理人员管道管理意识，降低了非计划性拔管发生率，提高了患者管道知识的知晓率和对护理工作的满意度。

Safety Management of Patients with Postoperative Gynecologic Tumors

Abstract：Objective To observe the safety management and effect of postoperative gynecologic tumor patients. Methods From January to December 2016， 95 patients with gynecologic tumors admitted to Sichuan Provincial People's Hospital were given routine tube nursing as control group. 102 patients with gynecologic tumors admitted from January to December 2017 were given safety management as study group. The control group received routine nursing after operation， and the study group used preventive nursing intervention to compare the incidence of unplanned extubation， patient knowledge of tube knowledge， and satisfaction rate of patients. Results After the implementation of postoperative patient safety management， the incidence of unplanned extubation， patient knowledge of tube knowledge， and satisfaction scores of patients with nursing work were 7.84%， (90.12±1.47)， and (95.15±1.46)， respectively. The score was 11.58%， (85.12±1.61)， and (90.14±1.27) of the control group，the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion After the safety management of the gynecologic tumor patients， the pipeline management awareness of nursing staff is improved， the incidence of unplanned extubation is reduced， and the awareness of patient pipeline knowledge and satisfaction with nursing work are improved.

近年婦科肿瘤的发病率呈现不断上升趋势，对女性的健康带来严重威胁。随着妇科肿瘤手术的大量开展和手术范围的扩大，妇科肿瘤患者术后管道也呈现出管道复杂、数目增多的情况。妇科肿瘤患者管道安全管理处于不断探索发展的过程，实际临床护理中因为忽略管道管理，没有相应的妇科专科管道护理规范可借鉴，存在较大安全隐患。我院于2016年开始探索妇科专科管道护理规范，对妇科肿瘤患者施行管道安全管理，取得了良好效果，报告如下。, 百拇医药(马静 闵丽华 杨绍平)
