去睾丸老年大鼠血管钙化程度与骨代谢水平研究(3)
综上所述,通过双侧睾丸切除术建立老年性骨质疏松大鼠模型,不仅BMD降低,而且出现明显的血管钙化,并伴有血清PⅠNP和BGP水平降低的现象。进一步提示了骨形成标志物PⅠNP和BGP可能在老年性骨质疏松和血管钙化的共同机制中发挥重要作用。有研究也发现了PⅠNP和BGP与血管钙化存在一定关联[15,16],但具体机制需进一步探索。
