长沙市临床护士职业认同感现状及相关因素研究(1)
摘要:目的 了解临床护士的职业认同感现状并分析其影响因素。方法 采用一般资料调查表、护士职业认同量表对长沙市415名临床护士职业认同感进行问卷调查。结果 临床护士职业认同总得分率为72.14%,得分率最高的维度是职业自我反思76.47%,最低的为职业社交技能67.53%;不同性别、年龄、护龄、收入水平、职称、职务的临床护士职业认同感得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);其中性别和护龄是影响护士职业认同度的重要因素。结论 长沙市临床护士的整体职业认同水平为中等;医院管理者应加强对护士职业认同的重视,并针对相关影响因素,采取有效干预措施,从而提升护士职业认同感,达到稳定护理人才队伍和推动护理事业发展的目标。

Abstract:Objective To understand the status of clinical identity of clinical nurses and analyze the influencing factors.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on the professional identity of 415 clinical nurses in Changsha City using the General Information Questionnaire and the Nurse Professional Identity Scale. Results The total score of professional identity of clinical nurses was 72.14%. The highest score was 76.47% for professional self-reflection and 67.53% for professional social skills. Clinical nurses with different gender, age,nursing age, income level, title and position,the differences in professional identity scores were statistically significant (P<0.05). Gender and age were important factors influencing the professional identity of nurses. Conclusion The overall occupational recognition level of clinical nurses in Changsha is medium; hospital administrators should strengthen the emphasis on nurses' professional identity, and take effective intervention measures to influence the relevant factors, so as to enhance the professional identity of nurses and achieve a stable nursing talent team and promote the goal of the development of nursing career.

职业认同是指个体在工作生涯中,能从内心接受所从事的职业,承认自身职业角色,并对其职业活动持有积极认知和情感[1]。如今,随着社会经济的快速发展以及人类生活质量的明显提升,社会大众对健康的意识水平和对医疗服务的需求也日渐增高,医务人员势必要面临更多的挑战以及承受更大的压力[2]。同时,近年来频发的伤医、害医事件,严重影响了护士的自我价值感和职业态度,导致护士离职率不断上升,也使得整体护理质量以及患者满意度有所下降[3,4]。因此,本研究拟通过对430名临床护士进行问卷调查,了解护士职业认同现状及其相关影响因素,为医院管理者提升护士职业认同感、降低护士离职率、保证护理服务质量提供参考依据。
1对象和方法
1.1研究对象 2017年9~12月研究者运用分层随机抽样方法,从长沙市的部级、省级、市级医院中各随机抽选一家医院的临床护士进行问卷调查。根据样本量计算公式[5],得出样本量为300,为提高样本的代表性,本研究最终选取430名临床护士为研究对象。纳入标准:①在临床一线工作的正式注册护士;②工作年限≥1年;③自愿接受本调查。排除标准:①医院进修护士;②近3个月有休过产假、事假、病假的护士。, 百拇医药(胡 仁 蒋小雅 蔡益民 杨晓丽 吴贤琳)
