上海市男性同性恋HIV感染者中乙型肝炎、丙型肝炎病毒的合并感染情况横断面研究(3)
综上所述，男性同性戀HIV感染者中乙型肝炎病毒、丙型肝炎病毒合并感染发生率均较高，患者感染途径、文化程度及职业的不同，合并感染情况均有显著差异。建议对文化程度较低者及低收入者加大健康教育的力度，寻找更有效的途径并有重点，有针对性地开展干预措施，提高自我防病意识。临床上掌握HIV病毒携带者的合并感染情况，进行针对性治疗改善其生存状况。
