二胎政策下基于产妇分娩方式的选择对助产士岗位能力需求的研究(1)
摘要：目的 通过对二胎政策下产妇分娩方式的选择的调查，分析助产医疗服务机构对助产人员岗位能力需求，以构建更加系统、科学、合理的助产体系，提高我市助产团队质量，保证二胎政策顺利实施。方法 随机选择南充市三区一市五县15家医院，对门诊28周以后的孕妇、医护人员和一线助产人员进行问卷调查，包括分娩方式的选择、岗位能力等。结果 100.00%的助产士认为该岗位专科理论及操作技能、应急突发事件能力及健康教育能力很重要;调查显示孕妇选择经阴道分娩的意愿高达84.93%，其中75.06%的孕妇认为顺产利于母子健康，24.91%因为二胎政策的开放，顺产后可以有利于再次分娩。结论 随着二胎政策的实施，产妇分娩方式的选择发生改变，社会对助产士应具备的岗位能力提出了更高要求，助产机构应结合实际加强团队建设。

Abstract：Objective To analyze the selection of maternity delivery methods under the second-child policy， and to analyze the capacity requirements of midwifery medical service institutions to build a more systematic， scientific and reasonable midwifery system and improve the midwifery team. Quality to ensure the smooth implementation of the second child policy. Methods A total of 15 hospitals in five districts， five districts and one city of Nanchong City were randomly selected to conduct questionnaire surveys on pregnant women， medical staff and first-line midwifery personnel after 28 weeks of outpatient service， including the choice of delivery methods and post ability.Results 100.00% of midwives think that the post theory and operational skills， emergency emergencies and health education ability are very important; the survey shows that the pregnant woman's willingness to choose vaginal delivery is as high as 84.93%， of which 75.06% of pregnant women think that the birth is beneficial to the mother and child health. 24.91% because of the opening of the second child policy， it can be beneficial to give birth again after delivery.Conclusion With the implementation of the second-child policy， the choice of maternity delivery methods has changed， and the society has put forward higher requirements for the positional ability that the midwife should have. The midwifery organization should strengthen team building in combination with the actual situation.
