2017年大连市部分用人单位职业病危害因素检测结果分析(1)
摘要：目的 分析2017年大连市部分用人单位工作场所职业病危害因素的日常检测情况。方法 收集2017年大连市部分用人单位工作场所的粉尘、化学有害因素和物理因素的检测结果，对检测点的合格率进行统计分析。结果 2017年大连市第四人民医院共检测71家用人单位，共检测接害点数1977个，合格率为90.29%。粉尘、化学有害因素和物理因素的检测合格率分别为82.68%，98.79%和79.23%。不同种类粉尘的检测合格率结果：煤尘合格率为79.03%，电焊烟尘合格率为96.83%，矽尘合格率最低，仅为36.11%。不同类型物理因素的检测合格率结果：工频电场的合格率为95.83%，紫外辐射的合格率为92.50%，高温的合格率为88.52%，噪声的合格率为76.35%，手传振动的合格率最低，仅为52.63%。结论 大连市部分用人的单位职业病危害关键控制点是矽尘、手传振动和噪声岗位，相关用人单位应加强对职业病危害因素的控制和治理工作，将职业衛生工作贯彻落实到实处。

Abstract：Objective To analyze the daily detection of occupational disease hazards in workplaces of some employers in Dalian in 2017. Methods The test results of dust， chemical harmful factors and physical factors in the workplace of some employers in Dalian in 2017 were collected， and the qualified rate of the test points was statistically analyzed. Results In 2017，Dalian the Fourth People's Hospital detected a total of 71 household units， and a total of 1977 points were detected， with a pass rate of 90.29%. The test pass rates of dust， chemical harmful factors and physical factors were 82.68%， 98.79% and 79.23%， respectively. The test results of different types of dust were as follows： the coal dust pass rate was 79.03%， the weld dust pass rate was 96.83%， and the dust pass rate was the lowest， only 36.11%. The test results of different types of physical factors： the pass rate of the power frequency electric field was 95.83%， the pass rate of ultraviolet radiation was 92.50%， the pass rate of high temperature is 88.52%， the pass rate of noise was 76.35%， and the pass vibration was qualified. The lowest rate was only 52.63%. Conclusion The key control points for occupational disease hazards of some employers in Dalian are dust， hand-transmitted vibration and noise. The relevant employers should strengthen the control and treatment of occupational hazards and implement the occupational health work.
