以评价为导向的多元化培训模式在消化内科护理人员素质培训中的应用(1)

     摘要:目的 探討以评价为导向的多元化培训模式在消化内科护理人员素质培训中的应用。方法 自2016年7月开始我科全体护理人员采取以评价为导向的多元化培训模式,消化内科全体护理人员52人为研究对象。2015年1月~2016年6月为传统培训模式,设为对照组。2016年7月~2017年12月采取以评价为导向的多元化培训模式,设为干预组。比较两组护理人员自我效能感、工作成就感、医生对护理人员的满意度、患者满意度。结果 干预组护士自我效能感得分为(25.95±7.45)分,高于对照组的(22.84±6.18)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组护士在职业满意度、自我愿望、自我价值体现、综合成就感四个方面的评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组医生对护理人员的满意度得分为(63.37±2.89)分,高于对照组的(60.69±4.36)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组患者满意度得分为(97.38±4.43)分,对照组患者满意度得分为(96.86±3.74)分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 以评价为导向的多元化培训模式应用于消化内科护理人员素质培训中,提升了护理人员自我效能感、工作成就感、医生对护理人员的满意度、患者满意度。

    Abstract:Objective To explore the application of the evaluation-oriented diversified training model in the quality training of digestive internal nursing staff. Methods Since July 2016, all the nursing staff of our department have adopted an evaluation-oriented diversified training model, and 52 people in the department of internal medicine have been selected as research objects. From January 2015 to June 2016, the traditional training mode was set as the control group. From July 2016 to December 2017, an evaluation-oriented diversified training model was adopted, which was set as an intervention group. The self-efficacy, work achievement, doctor's satisfaction with the nursing staff, and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The self-efficacy scores of the intervention group were (25.95±7.45), which was higher than that of the control group (22.84±6.18),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of nurses in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group, such as occupational satisfaction, self-wish, self-worth, and comprehensive achievement,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The satisfaction score of the intervention group was (63.37±2.89), which was higher than that of the control group (60.69±4.36),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The satisfaction score of the intervention group was (97.38±4.43), and the satisfaction score of the control group was (96.86±3.74),the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion The evaluation-oriented diversified training model is applied to the quality training of digestive internal nursing staff, which improves the self-efficacy, work achievement, doctor's satisfaction with the nursing staff and patient satisfaction., 百拇医药(江华 周梁云)
