品管圈活动降低腹腔镜手术患者术中低体温发生率的效果观察(1)
摘要:目的 探讨开展品管圈活动在降低腹腔镜手术患者术中低体温发生率中的应用效果。方法 选择我院 2017年1月~7月收治的600例腹腔镜手术低温患者,分析导致患者术中低体温的原因,根据品管圈活动步骤应用质量管理工具对术中低体温的发生进行现状调查、设定目标、解析、拟定对策、对策实施与检讨、效果确认。结果 实施品管圈活动后,腹腔镜手术患者术中低体温发生率降为8.00%,品管圈活动前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 品管圈活动可提高腹腔镜手术中的护理质量,有效地降低术中低体温发生率,值得应用。关键词:品管圈活动;腹腔镜手术;术中低体温
