中西医结合护理改善乳腺癌化疗患者生活质量的临床观察(1)
摘要：目的 探讨中西医结合护理对乳腺癌化疗患者的应用效果。方法 选取2017年1月～2018年7月收治的90例乳腺癌化疗患者，随机分为对照组30例和实验组60例。对照组在化疗期间采用常规护理，实验组在此基础上配合中医辨证施护干预，比较两组的生活质量评分和护理总满意度。结果 实验组生活质量评分中，生理状况、情感状况、功能状况、附加关注低于对照组，实验组社会/家庭状况高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组的护理总满意度高于对照组(91.67% vs 73.33%)，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 中西医结合护理可改善乳腺癌化疗患者的生活质量，提高患者的护理满意度。

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing on breast cancer chemotherapy patients. Methods 90 patients with breast cancer chemotherapy who were admitted from January 2017 to July 2018 were randomly divided into control group (n=30) and experimental group (n=60). The control group used routine nursing during chemotherapy. On the basis of this， the experimental group cooperated with TCM syndrome differentiation and intervention， and compared the quality of life score and total satisfaction of the two groups.Results In the quality of life scores of the experimental group， the physiological status， emotional status， functional status， and additional attention were lower than the control group. The social/family status of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group，the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (91.67% vs 73.33%)， the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Integrative chinese and western medicine can improve the quality of life of patients with breast cancer chemotherapy and improve the satisfaction of patients.

乳腺癌(breast cancer)是我國女性常见恶性肿瘤之一，发病率有逐年上升的趋势，目前根治手术及术后化疗、放疗等是治疗乳腺癌的常用方法，但因手术切除乳房给女性带来特征改变，化疗、放疗导致胃肠功能紊乱、皮肤损害、骨髓功能抑制、肝功能损害等并发症，严重影响了患者的身心健康，降低了患者的生活质量[1]。因此，更为优质的护理方案能够协助医生提高患者的整个生活及生存质量。近年来，我院重点研究中西医结合护理干预乳腺癌化疗患者，并取得了较好疗效，得到了患者及其家属的较高评价。所谓中西医结合护理，是指在西医常规护理基础上，根据患者病情配合中医辨证施护，以期达到更佳效果。本次研究将我院2017年1月～2018年7月收治的乳腺癌化疗患者90例，以双盲法分为两组，予以西医常规护理方案干预及西医常规护理配合中医辨证施护，旨在对乳腺癌患者以中西医结合护理服务干预后，对其生活质量改善作探讨，现报道如下。, http://www.100md.com(万卉)
