卵泡输出率的应用研究(3)
3总结
FORT是不受患者一般资料影响且全程能通过阴道B超监测的预测卵巢反应性及妊娠结局指标。但是FORT需要经过一次或者多次COH才能得出结果,与年龄、AFC、AMH等预测卵巢反应性相比,治疗周期长及花费昂贵。目前FORT在国内外研究较少,且研究对象的样本量也相对较少,有待更多研究者的探索及进一步验证。
