小牛血清去蛋白联合奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑梗死的疗效(1)
摘要:目的 探討小牛血清去蛋白联合奥扎格雷钠对急性脑梗死患者神经功能的影响。方法 选取我院2018年1月~2019年1月收治的114例急性脑梗塞患者为研究对象。按照随机数表法分为对照组和研究组,每组57例。对照组采用奥扎格雷钠治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用小牛血清去蛋白注射液治疗,疗程2周。比较两组治疗前后神经功能缺损程度、生活能力评分,治疗后临床疗效及不良反应。结果 治疗后两组神经功能缺损程度及生活能力评分均较治疗前改善,且研究组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组总有效率为96.49%,高于对照组的84.21%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率为7.02%,高于对照组的3.51%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 小牛血清去蛋白联合奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑梗死疗效确切,可显著改善患者的神经功能,提高生活能力,未明显增加不良反应。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of calf serum deproteination combined with ozagrel sodium on neurological function in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 114 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were enrolled. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and study group, with 57 cases in each group. The control group was treated with sodium ozagrel. The study group was treated with calf serum deproteinized injection on the basis of the control group for 2 weeks. The neurological deficits, life ability scores, clinical efficacy and adverse reactions after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the scores of neurological deficits and viability of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment, and the study group was superior to the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the study group was 96.49%, which was higher than that of the control group 84.21%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 7.02%, which was higher than that of the control group 3.51%, but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion Calf serum deproteination combined with sodium ozagrel is effective in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction, which can significantly improve the neurological function of patients and improve their living ability, without significantly increasing adverse reactions.
