高压氧联合尼莫地平治疗脑小血管病所致认知功能障碍的疗效评价(3)
综上所述，高压氧联合尼莫地平治疗对神经功能恢复、认知功能改善疗效显著，且不良反应少，安全性可以保证，可作为脑小血管病所致认知功能障碍治疗的有效方案。但本研究样本量较小，疗程短，远期疗效还有待大规模随机对照试验证实。
