PDCA循环管理模式在肝胆外科管道护理中的应用效果(1)
摘要：目的 探討PDCA循环管理模式在肝胆外科管道护理中的应用效果。方法 选择2018年7月～9月我院肝胆外科行胆囊切除和胆道探查术的胆总管结石患者64例作为对照组，另选择2018年10月～12月我院肝胆外科行胆囊切除和胆道探查术的胆总管结石患者71例作为实验组。对照组采取常规留置管道护理措施，实验组采用PDCA循环管理模式对进行护理安全管理，对比两组管道安全事故发生率及护理满意度评分。结果 实验组护理安全事故总发生率为5.63%，低于对照组的20.31%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组管道护理规范性、护理态度、护理质量、护理专业性及总分高于对照组，差异有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 PDCA循环管理模式可有效降低肝胆外科术后患者管道护理安全事故发生率，提升护理质量，提高患者满意度。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA circulation management mode in hepatobiliary surgical pipeline nursing.Methods From July to September 2018， 64 patients with common bile duct stones underwent cholecystectomy and biliary exploration in our hospital were selected as the control group. The cholecystectomy and biliary exploration were performed in our hospital for hepatobiliary surgery from October to December 2018. Seventy-one patients with common bile duct stones were used as experimental group. The control group adopted the routine indwelling pipeline nursing measures， and the experimental group used the PDCA circulation management mode to carry out nursing safety management， and compared the two groups of pipeline safety accident incidence rate and nursing satisfaction rating.Results The total incidence of nursing safety accidents in the experimental group was 5.63%， which was lower than that in the control group 20.31%，the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The standard of nursing care， nursing attitude， nursing quality， nursing professionalism and total score of the experimental group were higher than the control group，the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
