摘要：盐酸戊乙奎醚是我国自主研发的新型抗胆碱药物，对外周和中枢具有选择性抗胆碱作用，被广泛用于有机磷中毒解救和术前用药等方面，目前已逐渐用于剖宫产麻醉当中。大量研究证实盐酸戊乙奎醚具有减少腺体分泌、稳定血流动力学、降低术中寒战发生率、改善产妇恶心呕吐症状、改善肺通气、中枢镇静等优点，并且对新生儿及产妇无不良影响，在剖宫产麻醉方面具有良好的应用前景，本文对盐酸戊乙奎醚在剖宫产麻醉中应用的安全性进行评价，对其优势进行综述。
