基于移动终端的住院医师规范化培训日常考核管理系统的应用(1)
摘要:随着信息技术的飞速发展,移动终端已转变为新型媒体、电子商务和信息服务平台、互联网资源、移动网络资源与环境交互资源的关键入口和重要枢纽。近年来移动终端已被广泛用于医疗领域,基于移动终端的考核管理系统已逐步发展成熟,其可有效提高日常考核管理效率,减轻工作压力,提高管理质量和水平。本文首先介绍了天津某医院麻醉专业住院医师培训日常考核管理概况,在此基础上,分析了天津某医院基于移动终端的住院医师规范化培训日常考核管理系统的功能特點和应用效果,以期为移动终端在该领域的应用提供参考。

Application of the Daily Evaluation Management System for Standardized Training
of Residents Based on Mobile Terminals

Abstract:With the rapid development of information technology, mobile terminals have been transformed into new media, e-commerce and information service platforms, Internet resources, mobile network resources and environmental interaction resources as key entrances and important hubs. In recent years, mobile terminals have been widely used in the medical field. The mobile terminal based assessment management system has gradually developed and matured, which can effectively improve the daily assessment management efficiency, reduce work pressure, and improve management quality and level. This article first introduces the overview of the daily assessment management of resident anesthesiology training in a hospital in Tianjin. Based on this, the functional characteristics and application effects of the daily assessment management system for standardized training of residents in a hospital based on mobile terminal in Tianjin are analyzed. Application research in this field provides reference.

住院医师规范化培训(以下简称“住院医师培训”)是医学生成为合格医师的关键阶段。住院医师培训的质量对未来医师的医疗水平有着直接的影响,建立完善的考核体系是保证培训质量的基础。目前,国内通用的住院医师培训考核体系主要由过程考核(日常考核、出科考核、年度考核)和结业考核组成[1]。其中,日常考核是根据住院医师培训学员日常表现作出的评价,是考核体系中最基础的部分,也是其他考核工作的前提,在考核体系中占据至关重要的地位。日常考核需要对培训学员每天的日常表现进行记录和评价,需要处理庞大的数据信息。本文以天津某医院麻醉专业为例,分析移动终端在住院医师培训日常考核工作中的应用,评估基于移动终端的住院医师培训日常考核管理系统的效果,现介绍如下。
1住院医师培训日常考核管理概况
天津某医院是一所综合性三级甲等医院,该院麻醉专业作为住院医师培训专业基地之一,从2009年开始承担委托培养住院医师的规范化培训工作,从2015年开始承担医教协同专业硕士研究生的规范化培训工作,累计招收学员70名,结业学员31名,目前共有在培学员37名,带教老师34名。, http://www.100md.com(王瑞涛 崔薇 陈学庆 杨蓓)
