LIFT-Plug术治疗低位单纯性肛瘘的效果(1)
摘要：目的 觀察经括约肌间瘘管结扎-Plug术(LIFT-Plug术)和肛瘘切除术治疗低位单纯性肛瘘的临床疗效。方法 选择2017年2月～2019年2月我院中医肛肠科收治的100例低位单纯性肛瘘患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各50例，对照组采用肛瘘切除术治疗，观察组采用LIFT-Plug术治疗，比较两组临床疗效、手术时间、创面愈合时间、愈合后瘢痕面积和术后第1、3 天疼痛程度。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为100.00%，高于对照组的94.00%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组手术时间比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组创面愈合时间、愈合后瘢痕面积、术后第1、3 天VAS评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 LIFT-Plug术治疗低位单纯性肛瘘疗效确切，手术创面小、疼痛轻、愈合时间短，优于肛瘘切除术。

Abstract：Objective To observe the clinical effect of transsphincteric ligament ligation-Plug (LIFT-Plug) and anal fistula resection for low simple anal fistula. Methods A total of 100 patients with low simple anal fistula admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 in our hospital were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method， with 50 cases in each group. The resection was treated with LIFT-Plug surgery in the observation group. The clinical efficacy， operation time， wound healing time， scar area after healing， and pain degree on the first and third days after operation were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 100.00%， which was higher than 94.00% in the control group，the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the surgical time between the two groups (P>0.05). The time， scar area after healing， and VAS scores on the first and third days after operation were all lower than those in the control group，the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).
