摘要：BK病毒是肾移植术后常见致病源，以一种环状双链DNA病毒的形式普遍存在于人群中。当移植患者自身免疫力下降时，肾小管上皮细胞的病毒可大量激活复制，导致肾功能异常，甚至是移植肾功能丧失。定期监测BK病毒对肾移植患者术后恢复及预后具有重要意义，为此，本文对肾移植术后BK病毒感染的预防、检测、诊断及治疗进行综述。
