摘要:骨骼肌是人体四大基本组织之一,骨骼肌病变严重影响人体运动功能,甚至危及生命。近年来研究表明组蛋白甲基化修饰与骨骼肌细胞的分化调控及骨骼肌疾病有密切联系。本文就骨骼肌的发生及与组蛋白修饰的關系及组蛋白H3常见位点甲基化修饰对骨骼肌细胞分化的调控作一综述,以期为骨骼肌分化及骨骼肌相关疾病的发病机制及治疗研究提供理论参考。关键词:骨骼肌;分化;表观遗传;组蛋白甲基化
