摘要：近年来心力衰竭的患病率持续上升，心肌病的影像学特征对鉴别心肌疾病、开展适当的治疗和改善预后具有重要意义。目前，心脏磁共振(CMR)被广泛应用于各类心血管病患者，在判断心肌细胞活性、心肌局部及整体功能以及评价心肌病的病理生理学改变等方面取得明显进展，本文现就心脏磁共振成像在各种心肌病的诊断、治疗的应用现状进行阐述。
