摘要：鼻肠管是肠内营养支持的途径之一，在临床上广泛应用。大量研究表明，鼻肠管是婴儿或儿童胃内喂养失败的有效选择，其可维护肠道完整性，提供营养物质，有助于肠道运动，减少细菌的移位，降低能量的消耗与高代谢水平，同时还可迅速建立肠内营养通道，解决肠胃动力差的患儿肠管无法到达空肠的问题。但在鼻肠管营养过程中患儿可能会出现不耐受情况及各种并发症，其中机械性、胃肠道、代谢性、呼吸道并发症最常见。本文就鼻肠管喂养的应用范围、置管方法、常见并发症及护理对策进行综述，以期为儿童鼻肠管喂养的护理提供参考。
