摘要：吞咽障碍是降低患者生活质量的重要原因，良好的评估工具可以有效的判断患者吞咽障碍的严重程度，信度和效度是判断评估工具测量学属性的重要依据。量表的信度指标主要以重测信度、内部一致性信度及评分者间信度，效度方面主要考察效标效度和内容效度，本文对近10年吞咽障碍评估工具在国内外的信效度研究进行综述，以期为今后的临床和研究提供一定参考。
