摘要：目的 随着循证医学的兴起，临床医护人员需要更专业的信息支持服务，这对医院图书馆信息服务提出了更高的要求。本文主要分析医院图书馆转型发展的必要性、醫院图书馆转型发展的实践、工作展望与建议，提出通过加强医院图书馆宣传与培训、使其嵌入临床工作，开展以需求为导向的服务，为临床工作提供循证医学服务。
