摘要：根管治疗是牙髓病和根尖周病最有效的治疗方法，根管封闭的质量决定着根管治疗的成败，而根管封闭剂的选择对于根管系统的封闭至关重要。iRoot SP作为一种硅酸钙根管封闭剂，因其具有良好的生物相容性、抗菌性及封闭性已广泛应用于根管充填、乳恒牙的盖髓术、根尖屏障术和根管内的侧穿和底穿的修补。本文就iRoot SP的理化性质和生物学特性两个方面作一综述，以期为iRoot SP的临床研究和应用提供依据和思路。
