摘要：复发性流产病因复杂多样，多数原因不明，部分治疗措施亦存在争议，严重困扰诸多育龄期妇女。目前常针对病因治疗，但该病病因复杂难断，治疗效果欠佳，因此该病的病因学研究受到国内外学者广泛关注。本文就目前国内外复发性流产病因研究现状进行综述，旨在为预防复发性流产发生以及其治疗方向提供参考依据。
