摘要:严重烧伤引起的糖代谢、炎症反应及免疫调节的失衡尤为显著,近年研究证实它们相互影响,发病机制存在明显的关联性。烧伤后应激性高血糖会影响免疫细胞及其细胞因子相关的炎症及免疫反应,而炎症介质可引起不同程度的胰岛素抵抗,炎症因子的释放增多可干扰胰岛素介导的葡萄糖摄取和利用从而导致血糖升高。本文就烧伤后糖代谢、免疫细胞(调节性T细胞及辅助性T细胞17)水平和功能、炎症反应的变化以及它们的相互作用关系展开综述。关键词:烧伤;糖代谢;免疫;调节性T细胞;辅助性T细胞17
