摘要：登革热是一种主要分布在热带和亚热带地区的急性虫媒传染病，传染性极强。因此，快速准确的对登革热疑似病例进行有效的检测在疫情监测和防控工作中至关重要。本文就登革热病原学、血清学检测方法优缺点进行分析，以期为指导临床快速、准确、有效地检测登革热，提高登革热的检出率，避免出现误诊、漏诊及延诊。
