穴位注射治疗突发性聋临床疗效的Meta分析(1)
摘要：目的 探讨穴位注射治疗突发性聋的临床疗效。方法 计算机检索PubMed、Web of Science、CBM、CNKI、维普、万方中采用穴位注射疗法治疗突发性聋的随机对照试验，检索时间为建库至2020年1月。由2名研究人员按照纳排标准进行文献筛选、资料提取和文献质量评价，采用Revman5.3软件进行分析。结果 共纳入8篇研究，共计658例患者。试验组的总有效率 [RR=1.29，95%CI(2.07，5.77)，P<0.00001]、治愈率[RR=1.79，95%CI(1.40，2.28)，P<0.00001]、耳鸣改善情况 [RR=1.45，95%CI(0.957，2.22)，P=0.08]、听力提高情况[RR=5.43，95%CI(2.55，8.30)，P=0.0002]均优于对照组。结论 穴位注射疗法用于突发性聋患者，有助于提高治疗效率，缓解耳鸣等伴随症状，改善患者的听力状况。

Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupoint injection on sudden deafness. Methods A computer controlled search of PubMed， Web of Science， CBM， CNKI， Weipu， Wanfang randomized controlled trials of acupoint injection therapy for sudden deafness， the search time was from the establishment of the database to January 2020. Two researchers conducted literature screening， data extraction and literature quality evaluation in accordance with the standards of nanoplating， and used Revman5.3 software for analysis.Results A total of 8 studies were included， with a total of 658 patients. The total effective rate of the experimental group [RR=1.29， 95%CI (2.07， 5.77)，P<0.00001]， cure rate [RR=1.79， 95%CI(1.40，2.28)，P<0.00001]， improvement in tinnitus [RR=1.45， 95%CI (0.957， 2.22)， P=0.08]， improvement in hearing [RR=5.43， 95%CI (2.55， 8.30)， P=0.0002] are all excellent In the control group.Conclusion Acupoint injection therapy is used in patients with sudden deafness， which can help to improve the treatment efficiency， relieve the accompanying symptoms such as tinnitus， and improve the hearing status of patients.

突发性聋(sudden deafness)是指在72 h内突然发生的、符合某些听力测量标准的突发性感觉神经性听力损失，常用的测量标准是听力损失≥30 dB，影响至少3个连续频率，是一种严重的、特发性的症状，如果不及时识别和治疗，可能会引起持续性的听力损失和耳鸣，降低患者生活质量[1，2]。突发性聋患者最为常见的共患症状为头晕或者耳鸣，其中有30%～60%的突发性聋患者伴有头晕[3-5]，而耳鸣几乎是普遍存在于患者身上[6]。随着社会经济的发展和工作生活压力的增加，我国突发性聋的发病率呈现明显的上升趋势，流行病学调查显示[7，8]，我国突发性聋的平均发病年龄为41岁，男性和女性的发病率没有显著差异，世界范围内的发病率为5/10万～20/10万。导致突发性聋的原因众多，如过敏、内耳微循环障碍、病毒感染、遗传性疾病以及各種免疫性疾病等多种[7，9]。目前，突发性聋的治疗方案有很多，其中穴位注射疗法是治疗突发性聋的中医疗法之一，该疗法是将针刺的物理效应和药物的药理效应有机结合并作用于机体的穴位，从而治疗疾病的方法[10]，近年来，穴位注射疗法治疗突发性聋在临床上的应用得到推广，但多数研究的样本量较小，尚无大样本随机对照试验。因此，本研究对采用穴位注射疗法治疗突发性聋的随机对照试验进行meta分析，探讨穴位注射疗法对突发性聋患者的疗效。
