摘要：目的 分析颅骨原发性肿瘤及肿瘤样病变的影像表现，旨在为临床定位和治疗方式的选择提供客观依据。方法 收集2018年1～12月我院临床确诊的颅骨原发性肿瘤及肿瘤样病变29例患者的影像学资料，分析其影像学表现。结果 29例颅骨原发性肿瘤及肿瘤样病变患者，骨瘤15例(致密骨型14例，松质骨型1例)，骨纤维结构不良6例，颅骨内脑膜瘤2例，嗜酸性肉芽肿3例，血管瘤1例，骨髓瘤2例，其中出现磨玻璃密度影7例，软组织肿块5例，骨化1例，骨尤3例，成骨性改变14例，膨胀性改变9例，溶骨性改变5例，硬化变18例，骨针3例。结论 颅骨原发性肿瘤及肿瘤样病变以良性居多，部分病变有相同的影像表现，部分病变有特征性的影像表现，结合特征性影像学表现对颅骨原发性肿瘤的诊断有一定的指导意义。
