摘要：移动医疗是一种基于互联网、移动通信技术的现代医疗系统，可摆脱场地束缚，随时随地触手可及的医疗。随着通信技术的飞跃发展，5G时代已悄然来临，网络技术的发展促使移动医疗将得到更广阔的发展空间。本文从移动医疗的发展条件及发展模式，包括分级诊疗、慢性病监控管理以及医疗实时咨询进行分析，进一步说明新信息时代下移动医疗在医疗制度改革中的作用，为推动移动医疗在其他医疗领域的进一步发展提供参考。
