摘要：医疗事件引发的网络舆论一直备受关注，舆论生成和传播的过程中不乏信息不实、偏离事实或故意扩大矛盾等问题。本文就近年来发生的典型医疗机构网络舆情事件，阐述医疗舆情的发展状况，分析其特点、传播特征和面临的问题，提出以区块链技术为核心的网络医疗舆情监管思路，并对区块链技术为医疗网路舆情带来的机遇和挑战进行分析。
