摘要：妊娠相关腰痛和盆周疼痛是妊娠期妇女的最常见病症之一，疼痛和行动障碍给患者生活带来严重的困扰，也可影响产后康复和母乳喂养，甚至引起产后抑郁，降低产妇产后的生活質量。腰痛和盆周疼痛两者可以单独或合并出现，在治疗方面有许多共同点，因此经常把腰痛和盆周疼痛一起治疗。本文主要对妊娠相关腰痛和盆周疼痛的治疗进展做一综述，以期为临床治疗提供多种思路。
