摘要：21世纪是电子信息化技术高速发展时代，在这种背景下人们对于电子信息技术的应用需求越来越高。本文以医院骨科患者管理为例，在迎合电子信息技术改革基础之上，借助该技术进行病历数据库构建。以期通过病历数据库构建改进患者管理方案，提高患者管理水平;对骨科病历数据库的建立及实践意义进行分析，旨在将骨科病历数据库构建的相关要点明确，为骨科患者的管理水平提升奠定基础。
