摘要：氧化应激是骨质疏松形成的一个独立的危险因素，而尿酸在氧化应激方面发挥重要作用，因此，血尿酸与骨量丢失可能存在某种相关性。近年来，国内外对血尿酸与骨密度相关性的研究较多，但其确切关系仍存在争议。本文就尿酸概述、骨质疏松的发病机制及尿酸与骨质疏松的关系作一综述，以期进一步加深对血尿酸和骨密度关系的认识，为临床治疗提供参考。
