摘要：牙脱位是指在外力作用下导致牙脱离牙槽窝，是牙外伤多种表现形式中的一种，特点是牙齿脱离牙槽窝，多伴有牙龈的撕裂和牙槽骨突的骨折。目前主要治疗方法为牙再植术，即对脱位的自体牙进行一系列的处理，将其原位植入牙槽窝内。研究表明，牙脱离牙槽窝的时间、压根的保存等因素均影响着牙脱位的预后。本文就牙脱位的处理、牙根的处理、牙再植的固定方法及再植牙失败原因作一综述，以期为临床治疗提供参考。
