摘要：目的 研究超声弹性成像在乳腺肿瘤良恶性诊断中的临床价值。方法 选取2018年11月～2019年11月在我院诊治的86例(105个肿块)乳腺肿瘤患者为研究对象，均行超声弹性成像检查，观察比较超声弹性成像结果与手术病理结果、乳腺良和恶性肿瘤超声弹性成像评分。结果 超声弹性成像诊断乳腺恶性肿块灵敏度82.14%、特异性76.62%、准确性95.34%;超声弹性成像评分中良性肿块评分1分、2分比例均高于恶性肿块，3分、4分、5分比例均低于恶性肿块，且良性肿块(3分及以下)比例高于恶性肿块，4～5分占比例低于恶性肿块，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 超声弹性成像对乳腺肿瘤的诊断率较高，且良性肿瘤弹性成像评分多为3分及以下，恶性肿瘤多为4～5分，对临床鉴别诊断具有较高的价值。
