摘要：外周静脉置管是利用导管从外周手臂的静脉进行穿刺，导管直达靠近心脏的大静脉，避免化疗药物与手臂静脉的直接接触，能够有效保护上肢静脉，减少静脉炎的发生，提高患者的生命质量。本文对Cochrance图书馆发表的关于成人外周静脉导管更换时间的最新系统评价进行解读，分析系统评价的背景、纳入/排除标准、纳入的研究、纳入研究质量、结论等主要内容以及更新要点，分析其对临床实践的启示和建议，旨在提高外周静脉置管的效果。
