摘要：膀胱癌(BCa)是泌尿系统最常见的恶性肿瘤之一，越来越多的证据表明，慢性炎症可能通过各种信号通路在包括BCa在内的多种恶性肿瘤的发生、发展发挥着重要作用。本文主要总结慢性炎症分子基础及信号通路在BCa中的作用机制，旨在为炎症与BCa领域的前瞻性研究和临床试验提供分子理论基础。
