氟康唑联用甲砜霉素一过性抑制ACTH细胞功能1例报道(2)
总之,该患者未应用其他诱发垂体ACTH细胞功能被抑制的药物,未合并其他任何可能导致垂体ACTH细胞功能被抑制因素,并且在停用氟康唑及甲砜霉素后垂体ACTH细胞功能恢复正常范围,因此,考虑该患者的垂体ACTH细胞功能的一过性抑制由氟康唑和(或)甲砜霉素诱发,但无法确定具体发病机制,仍有待后续进一步观察。
