银杏二萜内酯葡胺注射液联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的效果及对氧化应激指标的影响(1)
摘要:目的 探討银杏二萜内酯葡胺注射液联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的效果及对氧化应激指标的影响。方法 选取2019年1月~2020年1月我院收治的DPN患者84例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组42例。对照组予以甲钴胺治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用银杏二萜内酯葡胺注射液治疗,比较两组临床治疗效果、氧化应激指标(GSH-Px,GGT)及神经传导功能(腓总神经MNCV、SNCV及正中神经MNCV、SNCV)。结果 治疗后4周,观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组GSH-Px高于对照组,GGT低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组腓总神经、正中神经MNCV、SNCV高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 银杏二萜内酯葡胺注射液联合甲钴胺治疗DPN能改善机体氧化应激,提高神经传导速度,疗效确切。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of ginkgolide meglumine injection combined with mecobalamin in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN) and its influence on oxidative stress indicators.Methods A total of 84 DPN patients admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects, and the patients were divided into a control group and an observation group according to a random number table method, with 42 cases in each group. The control group was treated with mecobalamin, and the observation group was treated with ginkgolide meglumine injection on the basis of the control group. The clinical treatment effects, oxidative stress indicators (GSH-Px, GGT) and nerve conduction function were compared between the two groups (common peroneal nerve MNCV, SNCV and median nerve MNCV, SNCV).Results 4 weeks after treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the observation group's GSH-Px was higher than the control group, and GGT was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The MNCV and SNCV of the common peroneal nerve and median nerve in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Ginkgolide meglumine injection combined with mecobalamin in the treatment of DPN can improve the body's oxidative stress and increase the nerve conduction velocity, with a definite effect., http://www.100md.com(王智 郭同兰)
