摘要：肺癌发病率在很多国家都居于恶性肿瘤之首，外科手术仍然是其主要的治疗方式。机器人技术是20世纪伟大的发明之一，电视胸腔镜辅助胸外科和机器人辅助胸外科同属于微创手术，但两者在肺癌治疗中效果的一直存在争议。全文主要就机器人手术的应用现状、优劣势和围手术期效果进行阐述，同时对达芬奇机器人的未来发展进行展望。
