摘要: [目的] 建立工作场所空气中丙烯的气相色谱测定方法。 [方法] 活性炭吸附空气中丙烯,热解吸后采用气相色谱(FID)测定丙烯浓度。 [结果] 空气中丙烯的浓度在46~363 mg/m3时,相对标准偏差为1.1%~2.3%(n=6);回归方程y=1 659+25 273 x,相关系数r=0.999 9;检出限为3.0×10-2 μg/ml(进样1 ml);平均解吸效率为91.6%~93.9%;穿透容量(BTV)为2.6 mg;100 mg活性炭吸附274 μg的丙烯,密闭放置3 d,回收率89.8%;采样效率100%。 [结论] 本方法适用于工作场所空气中丙烯的浓度测定。
