【摘要】目的：探究分析体检中心温馨服务实施效果。方法：对我体检中心在实施温馨服务前后的服务质量进行比较分析。结果：通过实施温馨服务，体检中心的服务质量明显提高，相对于实施前有明显差异(P<0.05)，具有统计学意义。结论：体检中心实施温馨服务可明显提高体检者的服务质量，值得推广应用。
