【摘 要】目的：探讨老年期精神病临床症状特征。方法：对2012～2014在我院治疗的136例资料进行回顾性整理分析，探讨老年期各类精神障碍临床特征。结果：为临床诊断和治疗提供依据。结论：老年期各类精神疾病具有不同的临床特征，严重危害着老年人的心身健康，应当引起社会的广泛关注。
