【摘要】目的：了解进修人员在院进修期间的学习和生活工作满意度，探讨完善进修教学与管理体制的方法。方法：对2013年在医院进修的所有人员发放满意度调查问卷，了解进修人员对进修的满意度。结果：进修人员的培训满意度和工作环境满意度较高，住宿满意度较低。结论：通过改善进修住宿条件、加强师资队伍建设、营造和谐氛围等措施，提高进修培训效果。
