【摘要】目的：探讨呼吸内科患者痰培养标本送检及时率的方法。方法：收集我院呼吸内科患者，分为：50例研究组和50例对照组。研究组患者入院后护士首先认真分析以往痰培养标本未能留取的原因，然后提出改进措施；对照组接受常规痰培养送检护理流程。对比研究组和对照组送检痰培养标本总数及痰液标本平均留取时间。结果：研究组和对照组送检痰培养标本总数及痰液标本平均留取时间结果比较有差异(P<0.05)。结论：本次研究认为通过认真分析以往痰培养送检的不足之处，提出改进对策，能提高呼吸内科患者痰培养标本送检的及时率。
