【摘要】目的 探讨糖尿病合并妊娠致胎儿窘迫的护理干预措施和疗效。方法 以我院收治的74例糖尿病合并妊娠孕妇为研究对象，将患者随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予全面护理干预，比较两组护理效果。结果 治疗和护理结束后，对照组和观察组空腹血糖水平分别为(8.67±2.04)mmol/L、(5.24±1.42)mmol/L，胎动异常例数分别为15例和6例，胎动异常率分别为40.5%和16.2%，组间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对糖尿病合并妊娠致胎儿窘迫患者给予全面护理干预可有效改善患者血糖水平，缓解胎儿窘迫症状，可在临床中推广应用。
