【摘要】目的：探讨超声检查在职业病健康体检中的应用价值，说明超声检查在职业危害体检中重要性。方法：从到我院做职业病健康体检人群中随机抽取20岁以上资料完整的1560例，进行肝、胆、脾、双肾、膀子宫以及前列腺检查，分析不同年龄组健康体检人群职业病的检出率。结果：共检查出有疾病者477例，检出率为30.66%，其中肝异常检出率最高，占23.15%；脾异常4.65%；肾异常7.75%；胆囊异常10.34%；膀胱异常为1.45%；男性前列腺异常为6.58%；女性子宫病变为12.50%。结论：超声检查是职业健康体检肝、脾、胆囊、膀胱、前列腺及子宫异常等的首选方法，在职业病健康体检中有重要价值。
