摘要：化脓性脑膜炎(化脑)是小儿，尤其是婴幼儿时期常见的急性感染性疾病。小儿机体抵抗力较弱，血脑屏障功能较差，细菌易侵入神经系统而发病。现对10例患者采取仔细的观察和合理有效的护理措施，减少了并发症的发生，收到了满意的效果。
