摘要：冠状动脉内支架植入术是一种冠心病常规介入治疗的方法。为了提高其远期效果，避免发生再狭窄，本文结合实际情况对冠状动脉支架内再狭窄的分类、影响因素和发生机制进行探讨，以期为临床提供参考依据。

    Abstract： The coronary artery stent implantation is a method of conventional interventional therapy of coronary artery disease. In order to improve the long-term effect， prevent restenosis， combining with the actual situation of the classification of the coronary artery stent restenosis， influence factors and mechanism are discussed， so as to provide reference for clinical basis.
