摘要：目的 探究硫酸沙丁胺醇对过敏体质患者引起的不良反应。方法 1例考虑为喘息性支气管炎的患者，既往有过敏性鼻炎病史，在给予阿奇霉素片、急支糖浆后，加用硫酸沙丁胺醇。结果 1小时后患者出现不良反应。结论 在给予患者药物前一定要掌握药物的不良反应，对于有过敏体质的患者，服药前要向其交代可能出现的不良反应。
